He has extensive business and real estate development knowledge and is recognized for his representation of property owners in real estate condemnation and real estate development throughout the country. Bob has also had great success on behalf of clients in personal injury, employment, shareholder, whistleblower and civil rights cases and has obtained millions of dollars in settlements and jury verdicts for his clients.
Bob has set himself apart from others in the legal community through his family law practice, including divorce, custody, and paternity. His diverse background in a variety of legal areas allows him to manage the most complex of family law cases, while maintaining the personal representation so crucial for success in this area. Bob is an FAA licensed commercial pilot and FAA certified flight instructor and has been a member since 1987 of the Airline Owners and Pilot’s Association Legal Referral Network. He has represented individuals and businesses in the purchase and sale of aircraft and aviation businesses, as well as pilots in FAA enforcement proceedings, licensing actions, medical certificate actions, federal criminal aviation charges, and aviation accidents.
As a young lawyer, Bob was a criminal prosecutor and has always maintained an active criminal defense practice, representing clients charged with misdemeanors such as DUIs to first degree felony charges, in state and federal courts.
